This paper is one of seventeen short assessments of mid-Atlantic species potentially threatened by the loss of habitat resulting from rising sea level and the expected resulting shore protection. In conducting the review, the authors examined elevation maps, projections of wetland loss, and sea level planning maps of Delaware and Maryland .
